This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through nolesa.com, operated by MEDICI NOLESA JEWELRY GROUP SARL, a limited Moroccan partnership.

Worldwide Shipping

We proudly deliver worldwide. Depending on the destination, shipments outside Morocco may be facilitated by our sister companies in Lebanon or the United Arab Emirates, ensuring efficient and secure delivery.

Please note: Nolesa does not cover customs duties, import taxes, or any additional costs associated with door-to-door delivery. These remain the sole responsibility of the client.

Deliveries within Morocco

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on purchases exceeding 20,000 MAD to the following cities: Rabat, Casablanca, Kenitra, Marrakech, Agadir, Tangier, Meknes, and Fes.

For other destinations or orders below this threshold, delivery fees may apply.
